I was looking for something very different with a unique flavor and came across Lavender. I thought maybe honey and lemon would be a good combination. I have to say it was not bad at all! Unique it is. I infused the lavender in honey and oil and mixed it into the batter. Then made Lemon cream cheese and sprinkled a little lavender and put the final garnish of lemon zest. It was indeed delish!
