What can I say....yesterday was a very hectic day! I had made seven flavors of cupcakes: Chocolate Heaven, Chocolate Dipped Strawberry, Mimosa, Lavender, Latiya, Coconut Key Lime and Red Ruby.
Unfortunately I arrived late because I was short handed by one person but was able to pull through. Thanks to mom and Steve!
When we got to the Atrium hotel there was a huge line outside. The hotel was just packed with lots of people waiting to get their fill of cupcakes :) I was seriously stressing out because not only was I late. I was overwhelmed with the crowd and did not know where to go. Thank god for the volunteers they guided us to our table. They were all so nice and helpful.
So...we finally got to our table and I seriously just threw the cake stands and started loading the cake stands with cupcakes (mind you we did not have that much space behind the table to maneuver around) and people were coming like crazy. Mom and Steve were really patient with me and was able to handle the pressure. I was disappointed I did not set up my table like I wanted, but overall it was a great experience and I am glad to be part of it. I would do it again!
